This passion led him to pursue a certificate in applied structural drying, water damage restoration as well as fire and smoke remediation from the IICRC. The rigorous coursework not only provided him with a strong foundation in engineering principles but also cultivated his problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

He initially joined Servpro as a Crew Chief, where he quickly gained hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry’s intricacies.
