We are trained to handle any situation professionally and quickly .Being 17 years young I began working passionately and extremely organized.  I’d ride with a bike to the building I’ve been hired to clean, done my job and ride with my bike to the next destination. I would place all my cleaning and working materials in each building in advance.  By the time I had arrived, all I had to do is roll up my sleeves and begin cleaning.

At the age of 19, year 1996 I accepted the offer to take care of the debris removal of a huge campus complex.  My duty was to have the vast building meticulously cleaned for its final construction stage. I kept on taking on odd-jobs, miscellaneous work during the capacity of the next two years.

During the two year venture while at task I had a startling realization. Deterioration, disrepair, mistreated structures all due to moisture not being dried up, or wetness evoking mold to grow and so forth.  Neglect was apparently of great concern that needed attention and awareness. The manifestation of the mold is harming its structure and many times even the catalyst for its demise. Rooms, bathroom or an entire kitchen would need to be obliterated and reconstructed. The inhabitants would suffer immensely as their immune system would comprise itself. Something had to be done here. Facing me was an immense  stumbling block that had to be dealt with. If someone was going to do it, you guessed correctly, it was going to be me, Solomon Brody.

With much eagerness, extremely motivated I launched my brand new company with one employee at my side. At approximately the beginning of the year 1999 “Spotless Cleaning Services” has unfolded itself.  The foundation was the John Don appreciation day that I have attended. It is over there that I got myself my first truck mount, dehumidifiers and blowers. I remember with nostalgia the first old huge station wagon I possessed with so much pride.  Not even one full year later in year 2000 I owned my first brand new van. One year later and I’m the owner of yet another vehicle. Gradually but surely my company has expanded, developed and flourished to the extent that in year 2008 I’ve had 16 employees and many vehicles.

Solomon went into the cleaning industry over 20 years ago to serve customers they should move into nice & clean house. As Solomon entered the restoration field, he noticed how strong lack this industry is for a good reliable company and quickly realized that when it comes to Restoration services, the most important thing is to have a big heart and to “genuinely put me into the customer’s shoes, and to have a natural feel on what the customer is going through. It’sIt’s my passion for helping people suffering water damage and the like because I love helping people, and I make it my priority to help a customer throughout the entire process with passion.

Juventino loves what he does because helping customers was always his passion, especially his work in the field, managing the technicians with great respect, and guiding them through his vast knowledge within the restoration industry. Juventino worked in the construction industry before joining spotless Cleaning years ago, which has given him a head start and judgment for his current work. He always looks forward to greeting any customer and ensuring things are getting done on a job site correctly and promptly.

Hello! I’m Christian and employed by Spotless Cleaning Restoration Services. 

 I will inform you a bit about myself. I began working 2017 as a member of the cleaning crew and two years later promoted. Being the field manager takes ultimate focus and management skills. I’m proud to say that remaining grounded without getting overwhelmed, regardless of what goes on, is one of my strengths. Two years ago, I took out a WRT- water restoration certification, too.

I’m blessed with much energy and maintain a very healthy, positive attitude. I listen to customers and their needs, but I also listen with my heart. It is my duty and obligation to assure the ultimate satisfaction of each customer. 

My communication skills help with easing discomfort for the customer and working along a very motivated team.

After I put my daughter to sleep each night, I genuinely feel a sense of satisfaction. I know that today I mattered. I didn’t just  “do” my job but applied heart, care, and warmth.  There is something very special about knowing that today I made a difference in someone’s life. In my situation, making a difference in someone’s life in a trying and turbulent moment in their life. That’s the reason I love my job so much.

Hi! My name is Bagner.

I joined Spotless Cleaning Restoration Services in the year 2011 and was assigned to the demolition crew. Three years later, I was recruited to the water restoration crew, and ever since, I have been practicing as a licensed water technician. 

I’m a passionate person and family oriented. I got married to my wonderful, lovely wife in 2016, and we parent together our 3 beautiful children. Being that I’m a fully involved and caring husband and father, I understand deeply the value of servicing a client with compassion. I, therefore, always extend myself to be there for the client, with empathy, especially at a time of crisis. For each residence I work with, I treat it and care for it as it was a property that belonged to me. By nature, I’m a very neat and clean person. I will never leave or classify a job as being “done,” not before I’m certain the customer is 100% satisfied with absolutely everything.

Hi! My name is Moses Brown. I’m a person with initiative, a go-getter and at the age of 16, year 2000, I have found myself working for S.O.S. a security company. My strength was with low voltage, electric power transmission and distribution. Everything that was behind the scene of the security cameras, the wirings is what I have taken care of.   While I was working for the security company I’ve obtained one vending machine at a time. When I acquired 30 machines I ceased the security job at age 17, 2001.

One year later I purchased a medium size laundromat which entailed approximately 30 wash machines. The previous owner had not the strength and time the technical aspects of the laundromat have consumed from his daily life.

Year 2004, being 20 years young I’ve acquired this recognition of avoiding the enormous time consumption with the plethora of technicalities by shifting focus. I began inquiring and contracting with one ritual bath facility after the other. My intention was to wash all their used towels return it fresh, fluffy, folded and clean. Mikvah Laundry LTD., was flourishing and I administered my services to approximately 70 ritual baths facilities. One day a person approached me with an offer to buy off my business. That guy recognized potential therein and it was lucrative indeed. Accepting his offer, I have walked away with what I have appreciated as a generous sum.

At the age of 21, year 2005, I found myself again in the engineering field. I was employed for  Boon Eden. Turn style revolving doors were all day installed or repaired. As you realize by now, I’m excellent in the engineering field and pursue what I appreciate with a passion.

I have throughout the years worked for another security company being in charge of low voltage. While doing that I also maintained a night job.

One ordinary day in the month of December, 2017 circumstances have led me to stumble into a conversation with Solomon Brody. We chatted about the economy, environment and so on. The more I conversed with him, the more fascinating and intriguing it got. One hour later and I marveled out loud, “if only I can work for or with this guy!?!” It wasn’t much longer thereafter and I was eagerly working for and with Solomon Brody.

At first I began working with the demolition crew and doing final clean-ups. Everything that all employees were involved in the working field I was doing too. My ambitious attitude and good work has got me promoted soon enough. All the while I was employed, I’ve attained certifications throughout the years, one after the other.

I will list here the certification I have earned and received:

  • MRT- Microbial Restoration Technician certification
  • OC- Odor Control
  • FSR- Fire Smoke Restoration certification
  • N.Y.S. Department Mold Abatement Supervisor degree
  • NYS Labor Department Mold Assessment

I’m proud to say that I walk the extra mile to each and every customer. At one of my jobs, a water damage in a residential house I have noticed the fridge in the kitchen was malfunctioning. The fridge wasn’t damaged from the water but I’ve opted to see what was causing this problem, as I’m great at mechanics. I guided the client what she needs to order and do. When the fridge part arrived I offered to install it for her with no additional charge.

This is just one sample of how I walk the extra mile.

I respect each client regardless their race or ethnicity and treat each one like I’d like to be treated.

As being a mold assessor I need to understand how a structure was constructed, why water is coming in?  How or what can be done and much engineering. I’m proud to say that I’m truly an expert in this field and come up with creative ideas or solutions that are out of the box. Challenge is no stranger to me, in fact its my friend. I enjoy overcoming obstacles and learning new things, and when I do, I sit and learn and tackle one foot in front of the other and one more knowledge after the other with utmost patience.
