Obie Anode
Obie is the owner and operator of Restoration Partner of Southeastern Solutions, a trusted emergency water damage restoration company in Charlotte, NC. He served in the United States Marine Corp during the Iraq & Afghanistan conflict, where he learned and mastered his carpentry and construction skills. In 2013, he became an entrepreneur starting his own business in demolition and rebuilding, which became well known in the Tri-state area. In 2019, Obie had to transition back to Charlotte, NC, his native town, to help take care of family. Here, he again built a reputable business in painting, transitioning into water damage restoration in Cornelius, NC, and water removal in Mint Hill, NC, where he finds a passion to help clients in emergency circumstances get back to normality as quickly as possible.
Obie is involved in his church where he mentors the youth, teaching them how to serve others and the community. He loves participating in outdoor activities and is devoted to his family; wife and 5 ambitious children.

Natesha Anode
Natesha studied at Western Governors University with a focus on Human Resource Management. Her professional growth began in the medical field as an Administrative Assistant to cardiovascular surgeons.
From there, Natesha became a practice administrator/executive assistant to a subdivision to one of New York’s largest medical networks at which she grew a knack for process development, project management, and human resources. Natesha has a passion for working to make the world a better place locally and internationally.
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, volunteers with the International WeLoveU Foundation and Keep Charlotte Beautiful, and advances in knowledge to continue her professional growth.
